Engagement with Special Procedures

The special procedures of the Human Rights Council are another avenue for legal intervention. BADIL submits reports to independent human rights experts, also known as Special Rapporteurs, or special committees formed by the UN to address a specific issue, such as Commissions of Inquiry.
