The 2015 BADIL Calendar highlights some of Israel’s discriminatory laws, military orders and emergency regulations enforcing its policies of colonization, land confiscation and ongoing displacement.
Zionist-Israeli discrimination against the indigenous Palestinian people was formalized at an early stage. This institutionalized discriminatory regime applies to all Palestinians: Including, Palestinian citizens of Israel; Palestinians living under military law in the 1967 occupied Palestinian territory; and Palestinian refugees in the Shatat (exile).
BADIL’s calendars aim to promote the need for a comprehensive just solution for the predicament of Palestinians. Such a solution must be based on rights as ensured by international law.
