Nine working papers prepared by Palestinian, Arab and international scholars and legal experts are now available in print and on the BADIL website. They are part of the papers presented to and discussed by the 2003 2004 BADIL Expert Forum for the Promotion of a Rights-based Approach to the Palestinian Refugee Question:
